Job Opening: Talent Acquisition Specialist – Core Manufacturing

Work Mode: In-House | Full-Time | On-site
Experience: 3+ Years (Mandatory: Core Non-IT / Engineering / Manufacturing Hiring)
Qualification: Any Graduate | MBA (HR Preferred)
CTC: ₹35,000 per month (Best in line with experience)

Key Responsibilities:
Own the complete recruitment lifecycle for core engineering and manufacturing positions
Proactively source candidates through job portals, referrals, databases, social media, and networking
Conduct initial screening, interviews, and candidate evaluations
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
Schedule and coordinate interviews while ensuring a smooth candidate experience
Drive offer negotiations, rollouts, documentation, and joining closures
Track hiring progress, prepare MIS reports, and ensure timely updates
Build strong talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs
Maintain hiring quality, timelines, and compliance standards

Proven expertise in manufacturing & core engineering recruitment
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition excellence
Immediate Joiners will be given preference
