Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

  • Ensure compliance with CORSIA (Carbon Offsetting and Reduction Scheme for International Aviation) and other applicable environmental regulations.
  • Monitor and analyze carbon emissions, fuel consumption, and offsetting requirements as per ICAO guidelines.
  • Prepare, maintain, and submit emissions monitoring plans, reports, and offset compliance documentation.
  • Act as a liaison with DGCA, EU, IATA, and other regulatory authorities for environmental compliance and reporting.
  • Coordinate with Flight Operations, Engineering, and Fuel Efficiency teams to implement sustainable aviation practices.
  • Conduct internal audits and assessments to ensure adherence to CORSIA and other aviation environmental standards.
  • Maintain and regularly update environmental records, sustainability initiatives, and regulatory submissions.
  • Support and deliver training sessions for internal teams on environmental policies, CORSIA requirements, and carbon management strategies.

Skill Set Required:

  • Strong data analysis and report preparation skills (MS Office, Excel, and relevant reporting tools).
  • High attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage regulatory submissions and audits effectively.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate with a minimum of 1 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelors or Master's degree in:
  • Environmental Science
  • Aviation Management
  • Engineering (Aerospace, Environmental)
  • or a related field.
