Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand our customer base. The successful candidate will develop and execute sales strategies, manage sales operations, and build strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

  • Identify new business opportunities and pursue leads

  • Analyze sales performance and market trends to optimize sales approach

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

- 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in a leadership role

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in sales management or business development

  • Knowledge of sales analytics and performance metrics

  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools

Preferred Skills:

  • MBA in Sales or Marketing

  • Certification in sales management or leadership

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

Salary Range:

₹25,000 - ₹50,000 per month (depending on experience and industry)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹50,000.00 per month
