CSR Intern

About the Role:
GSK is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic intern to support the CSR lead in the end-to-end management of flagship running events including the Mumbai Marathon, Delhi Half Marathon, and organizing a new run in a different city under our CSR initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event management, CSR strategy implementation.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of the Mumbai Marathon and Delhi Half Marathon CSR activities.

• Support the organisation and launch/identify a new charity run event in a different city (preferably in Nashik).

• Coordinate with vendors, partners, volunteers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth event operations.

• Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables for all running events.

• Support promotional activities, including communication and outreach for participant engagement.

• Help compile pre and post-event reports/ collaterals/ social media campaigns.

• Provide general administrative support to the CSR team as required.
   

Who We're Looking For:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Passion for sports, event management and CSR.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
   

Duration: 5 months
Location: Mumbai (with possible travel for event sites)
Stipend: Competitive stipend will be provided
