To succeed this role, you must demonstrate in-depth knowledge of financial policies, procedures, and systems.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable

  • Manage end-to-end invoicing and payment collections using Razorpay, PayPal, Shiprocket, or similar platforms.
  • Track and reconcile online payment transactions and ensure accuracy across systems.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments to maintain a healthy cash flow.
  • Process vendor invoices, handle payment disbursements, and ensure on-time settlements.
  • Perform bank and ledger reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies in AR/AP accounts.

Payroll Processing and Tax Compliance

  • Support monthly payroll processing and ensure statutory deductions are accurate.
  • Prepare and file PF, ESI, TDS, and GST returns within statutory timelines.
  • Ensure full compliance with labour laws and taxation norms.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.

Financial Reporting and Record Keeping

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow summaries.
  • Maintain updated books of accounts in Tally or other accounting software.
  • Assist during internal and external audits by providing necessary financial documentation.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for better financial control and reporting.

Knowledge and Skills Required

  • Education: Master's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Experience: 1–2 years in Accounts & Finance operations
  • Technical Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with Razorpay, PayPal, Shiprocket, or similar payment integrations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
