Receptionist

We are looking for a professional and customer focused Receptionist to manage our front desk operations and create a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and staff. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a friendly, proactive approach. The receptionist will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls
- Maintain visitor log, appointment schedule, and front desk records
- Handle incoming mail and courier management
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare basic meeting arrangements
- Assist with documentation, filing, and office administrative tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the reception and waiting area
- Provide support to management and staff as needed
Requirements
Good verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet)
Pleasant personality and professional behaviour
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Strong customer service orientation
Prior receptionist or front desk experience preferred
