Sr. Front Office Executive

Core Responsibilities
- Visitor Management: Welcome and assist clients, guests, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Communication: Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Mail & Correspondence: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
- Administrative Support:
- Maintain organized records, files, and spreadsheets.
- Manage office supplies, including monitoring inventory and placing orders.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for staff.
- Office Maintenance: Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Customer Service: Address inquiries, complaints, and feedback from guests and clients, ensuring consistency with company policies.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Customer Service: Possess strong interpersonal skills, a pleasant personality, and a commitment to providing excellent service.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the primary language of the office, along with the ability to speak other languages as needed.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using computers, common office software (like MS Word and Excel), and other office equipment.
- Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
