The Role
We're looking for a
Social Media Strategist
who can think beyond trends and craft content ecosystems that truly connect. You'll be the brain behind the brand's digital voice, building strategies that balance creativity, insight, engagement, and performance.
From shaping monthly content calendars to collaborating with creators, you'll lead the digital storytelling charge. If you live on reels, breathe analytics, and thrive in the intersection of culture and content, your seat's waiting.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the social media strategy for multiple brands - across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube
- Create monthly content calendars that align with brand goals and digital behavior
- Work closely with the design and copy teams to brief, ideate, and guide content creation
- Monitor content performance and optimize strategies based on engagement and analytics
- Pitch innovative content formats, influencer tie-ups, and engagement campaigns
- Stay updated on platform changes, pop culture, and emerging trends
- Coordinate with clients to present strategy decks, campaign ideas, and monthly reports
- Keep the brand's tone consistent while adapting content to suit each platform
What You Bring
- 2-4 years
of experience in social media strategy or digital marketing (agency-side preferred) - Strong understanding of platform algorithms, content formats, and audience behavior
- Proven ability to create content that performs, with examples or case studies
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (design, copy, client servicing)
- Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Later/Hootsuite, and Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong presentation and communication skills: you'll be the face of strategy to clients
- A natural flair for trends, creativity, and data-driven thinking
- A love for building digital communities and telling brand stories that matter
