Job Title: Digital Social Media Strategist

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic social media professional to own the online presence for our portfolio of brands.

The ideal candidate has a background in digital marketing and excels at managing multiple brand voices and stakeholder expectations. They will be responsible for developing, executing, and analyzing social media strategies that drive brand growth, engagement, and measurable results.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create comprehensive social media plans for 3-4 distinct brands, ensuring content and tone are tailored to each brand's unique identity and audience.
  • Plan, schedule, and oversee the content calendar across multiple platforms for each brand (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook), ensuring consistent and engaging content flow.
  • Act as the primary social media point of contact for internal brand leaders. Proactively communicate strategies, provide regular performance updates, and manage feedback effectively.
  • Monitor, track, and analyze key social media metrics (engagement, reach, conversions). Deliver clear, insightful reports to stakeholders to demonstrate ROI and inform future strategy.
  • Oversee community engagement, ensuring timely and professional responses that foster a positive brand image and build loyal audiences.
  • Develop and execute paid and organic social media campaigns from conception to completion, aligning with broader marketing objectives.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of social media management experience. Experience working in a digital agency is highly preferred.
  • Proven success in simultaneously managing social media for multiple clients or brands with different voices and objectives.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Must be confident in managing expectations and reporting results to senior stakeholders.
  • Deep, hands-on knowledge of major social media platforms and their respective best practices for business.
  • Proficient with social media analytics tools (e.g., native platform analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite) and able to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Meticulously organized with an ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple streams of work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
