Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop end-to-end social media strategies tailored for each platform (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Threads, etc.)
  • Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to create platform-specific content strategies
  • Define quarterly and monthly content pillars, calendars, and campaign themes
  • Create brand voice & tone guidelines for social communication

Execution & Content Supervision

  • Supervise daily content creation (copy, creatives, videos, reels, carousels, stories)
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and video editors for content execution
  • Coordinate with marketing and product teams to ensure message consistency and brand alignment
  • Plan and launch social media campaigns for new product launches, sales events, or awareness drives

Community Management

  • Oversee community engagement, DMs, comment replies, and influencer interactions
  • Build strategies to grow followers, improve engagement rate, and foster a loyal online community
  • Track sentiment analysis and manage online reputation when needed

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Define KPIs and benchmarks for each platform (e.g., reach, CTR, engagement, conversions)
  • Use tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Instagram Insights, etc. for data tracking
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports, extract insights, and pivot strategies accordingly

Paid Social (Optional but Preferred)

  • Coordinate with the performance marketing team for ad creatives and audience targeting
  • Provide creative input for ad campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
  • Suggest influencer collaborations and partnerships to boost campaign reach

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant social media strategy experience
  • Proven track record of organic and paid social media growth
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, Creator Studio, Later, Meta Business Suite
  • Strong command over analytics & insights tools, especially for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook
  • Excellent copywriting, creative thinking, and storytelling skills
  • Up to date with the latest social trends, memes, audio tracks, platform algorithms
  • Prior experience in creating and presenting client-facing strategy decks is a bonus

  • Basic knowledge of graphic design, video editing, and content templates
  • Influencer marketing exposure
  • Performance marketing understanding
  • Creative writing and campaign ideation
  • Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills

Work Mode:

On-Site (Pune-based office)
