Job Title: Social Media Strategist

Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Social Media Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that drive engagement, grow our online presence, and support our business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. They will be able to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience, as well as design and implement successful social media campaigns that meet our business goals.

You will work closely with our founder and other stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences, and develop tailored social media solutions that meet those needs. Your expertise in social media analytics will enable you to measure the success of our social media campaigns and make data-driven decisions to improve our online presence.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences;
  • Experience in creating and implementing social media campaigns that drive engagement and conversions;
  • Excellent content creation skills, including writing, designing, and video production;
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure and evaluate the success of social media campaigns;
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams;
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field;
  • At least 2 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
