We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our MICE team as a Director. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, specifically with Marriott International.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Oversee the development and implementation of MICE strategies to drive business growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably with Marriott International.
  • Strong understanding of MICE operations, including event planning, catering, and audio-visual equipment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience working with diverse teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service.
