Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Counselor - Europe role located in Hyderabad. The Senior Counselor - Europe will be responsible for guiding students in their educational journey, providing career counseling, and assisting with applications and visa processes. This role also involves working closely with students and their families, maintaining detailed records of consultations, and coordinating with universities and institutions in Europe.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of the European education system and university application processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Counseling and advisory skills related to overseas education
  • Administrative and organizational skills
  • Experience of minimum 4-5 years in guiding students for end to end process in Europe
  • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain professional relationships
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet student needs and deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree and additional certifications will be an added advantage
