Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Operations Manager to join our growing team. This role is critical in driving operational efficiency, cross-functional alignment, and data-informed decision-making across the organization. You will partner with teams across strategy, finance, product, sales, and customer success to streamline processes, optimize performance, and support scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Strategic Planning & Execution
- Drive the company's annual and quarterly planning processes, including budgeting, headcount planning, and OKRs.
- Translate high-level business goals into detailed operational plans and track execution against those plans.
- Partner with leadership to prioritize initiatives, allocate resources, and ensure strategic alignment across teams.
2. Process Optimization & Operational Excellence
- Evaluate current business processes and identify areas for improvement or automation.
- Design and implement scalable workflows and playbooks to improve efficiency and reduce manual work across functions.
- Monitor business-critical processes for bottlenecks and proactively drive solutions.
3. Data Analytics & Reporting
- Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports to track KPIs and operational metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, sales conversion rates, retention).
- Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that inform business decisions.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to the executive team and departmental leaders.
4. Cross-Functional Project Management
- Lead cross-functional initiatives from scoping to execution (e.g., launching a new customer onboarding process, rolling out a new tool, integrating systems after M&A).
- Ensure clear communication, documentation, and accountability across stakeholders.
- Manage timelines, risks, and deliverables to keep projects on track.
5. Systems & Tool Management
- Own and optimize the internal tools that support operations (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Notion, Airtable, Asana, Looker).
- Evaluate new systems and vendors to support business needs and scalability.
- Collaborate with IT or Engineering to implement new technologies or integrations.
6. Support Decision-Making & Leadership
- Serve as a thought partner to executives and department heads, helping to shape strategy and evaluate trade-offs.
- Prepare business reviews, board decks, and investor updates with clear and actionable insights.
- Lead special initiatives and investigations on behalf of leadership.
