Responsibilities: Complete SDLC: architecture, design, development, and support of the product Active participation in all scrum ceremonies, following AGILE best practices effectively. Play a key role in the development team to build high-quality, high-performance, scalable code Produce technical design documents and conduct technical walkthroughs Work collaboratively with business partners to understand and clarify requirements. Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders Respond to and resolve internal and client raised issues.

Customer Focus

Build positive and productive working relationships with customers by delivering client priorities with high quality to enable business growth.

Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries and concerns.

Analyze customer requests, set delivery priorities, and make schedule adjustments to meet timely delivery goals.

Attend Project calls (Internal and with Client) as required.

Core Skills:

• Enterprise Data Science Strategy:Ability to define and drive a global data science vision, embedding agentic AI and semantic models into platforms.
• Semantic Data Mesh & Ontologies:Deep expertise in semantic data mesh, ontologies (FIBO, ISDA CDM, ISO20022), and multi-agent frameworks.
• Knowledge Graphs & Semantic Stack:Proficiency in RDF, OWL, SPARQL, SHACL, and experience with knowledge graph databases (Neptune, Stardog, GraphDB).
• AI/ML & NLP:Strong background in ML/NLP (transformers, embeddings, supervised/unsupervised learning), with hands-on skills in PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn.
• MLOps:Experience building and maintaining MLOps pipelines (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker) for training, deployment, monitoring, and ensuring fairness/bias controls.
• Financial Data & Standards:Familiarity with capital markets datasets and financial standards.
• Explainability & XAI:Knowledge of explainable AI (SHAP, LIME, counterfactuals) and ontology-driven traceability.
• Business Problem Solving:Applying ML to business problems (adverse media, anomaly detection, regulatory reporting QA).
• Good knowledge of system architecture, object-oriented design, and design patterns.
• Modern Platform Architecture:Experience designing and evolving cloud-native, modular, and federated architectures for scale, resilience, and agility.
• Agentic AI Systems:Ability to design and implement agentic AI systems (CrewAI, Autogen, LangGraph, MCP servers) and multi-agent orchestration for workflows (reconciliations, KYC, regulatory).
• Integration & Interoperability:Strong abstraction and modelling skills, integrating semantic models into data mesh and ensuring interoperability across domains.
• Streaming & Event-Driven Execution:Knowledge of real-time, event-driven architectures (Kafka, Redis Streams, event sourcing).
• DevOps & Cloud Engineering:Proficiency in DevOps, cloud platforms (AWS ECS, Azure, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Security & Compliance:Understanding of secure, compliant architectures and access control for ML services.

Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science or related fields. 18 years' experience in software development, computer engineering, or other related fields. Ability to work well in a team environment following Agile software development principles. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to successfully multi-task. High energy and a self-starter.

Preference will be given to candidates that have experience working with Microservices or distributed systems Expert on data management technologies (RMDBS, NoSQL) Good background on leveraging cloud technologies Can handle both front-end and back-end development Ability to deliver products in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
