Untumble is a manufacturer of party supplies and decor. With more than a decade in the industry we are a market leader in them ebased party supplies with stores in Coimbatore, Bangalore and Madurai.

We are seeking an experienced Amazon Product Listing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be familiar with Amazon's platform, have a strong understanding of Excel, Photoshop, and Amazon Seller Central.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, maintain and update product listings on E-Commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Firstcry, JioMart and more
  • Conduct research to ensure product listings are optimized for maximum visibility and sales.
  • Utilize Excel to manage large amounts of data for product listings.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and traffic data to optimize product listings.
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and strategies.
  • Product returns processing & management i.e. QC of the return packets, data entry in returns report, sorting the inventory, maintaining returns master reports as required
  • Claims with the marketplace support team for the wrong return packets
  • Proper mail/telephonic communication for marketplace issues by raising all tickets & timely responding to the tickets & to follow up with seller support team till the issue gets resolved & maintain records for the same
  • To check & understand inquiries/leads received on B2B Platforms & to communicate with the prospective customers, sending them required details, follow up with them & try to convert the lead.

Requirements:

  • Experience in PPC and Google Ads
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central and product listing management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
