HR Intern

**Job Type:** Internship (Full-time, Work from Office)

**Duration:** 3–6 months

**Responsibilities:**

* Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews).

* Maintain and update employee databases and HR records.

* Support onboarding processes and preparation of HR documentation.

* Assist in drafting HR policies, letters, and other communications.

* Coordinate with different teams for daily HR operations.

* Contribute to employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.

* Ensure confidentiality of employee and company information.

**Requirements:**

* Graduate/Final year student in HR/Management or any related field.

* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

* Fluency in English communication.
