Role- HR Intern

Roles & Responsibilities:-

  • Support the compliance and documentation of labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Provide support in HR data analysis and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for any CSR or community outreach programs (relevant for MSW background).

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Currently pursuing Master of Labour Studies (MLS) or Master of Social Work (MSW) or related field.
  • Strong interest in HR, labor relations, employee welfare, or organizational development.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of labor laws and HR policies (for MLS).
  • Awareness of employee welfare practices and social impact programs (for MSW).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Qualification- Master of Labor Studies / Social Work or related field (BBM)
