Role Description

This is a on-site role for a Human Resource Intern at JS TechAlliance Consulting Private Limited in Indore. This role seeks an enthusiastic and goal-focused candidate to support the recruitment team. The Human Resource Intern will be responsible for the recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. They will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, implement recruiting strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Mandatory)
