Customer Retention Executive :-

  • Connect with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term association with the company.
  • Identify and re-engage inactive clients through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.
  • Address client queries and concerns promptly to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Educate clients about new products, investment opportunities, and trading platforms.
  • Work closely with the sales, dealing, and support teams to resolve client issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate client interaction records and update retention reports in the CRM system.
  • Share client feedback and suggestions with management to improve service quality.
  • Support business retention and revenue growth through effective client relationship management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
