Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage operations and maintenance (O&M) activities at Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP) and Water Treatment Plants (WTP) on various sites.
  • Manage manpower allocation, scheduling, training, and performance at the sites, including operator grade manpower.
  • Procure necessary resources and materials from HO for smooth site operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections visits to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues at the sites promptly.
  • Train and handle necessary manpower effectively.
  • Prepare reports on site activities, performance, and maintenance activities.
  • Maintain documentation and records related to operations and maintenance activities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Any graduate, preferably BSc/MSc.
  • 2-3 years' experience in operations and maintenance of STP, ETP, WTP and Swimming Pools, or Facility Management sector.
  • Ability to work effectively with teams and customers.
  • Clear and effective communication, both verbal and written.
