Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
- Programming and setting up EDM machines to fabricate parts in compliance with technical specifications and tolerances.
- Operating EDM machines, including controlling machine speed, feed rate, and electrode wear.
- Troubleshooting machine problems and making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
- Conducting routine maintenance on the EDM machine, including cleaning and replacing worn parts.
- Performing quality checks on finished parts to ensure they meet all specifications.
- Maintaining accurate records of production runs, job orders, and machine maintenance.
- Following all safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
- Participating in continuous improvement efforts to enhance the efficiency and productivity of the EDM process.

To become an EDM Operator, an individual typically needs a high school diploma or equivalent, though some employers may require additional technical training in machining or engineering. Experience working with EDM machines or in a similar field is also usually required. Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings are also essential for success in this role

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
