Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Maintenance Engineer. The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all equipment through routine maintenance, timely repairs, and the implementation of preventive maintenance programs. Daily tasks include diagnosing issues, performing necessary repairs, and maintaining records of maintenance activities. The Maintenance Engineer will also collaborate with other departments to address any maintenance-related concerns and ensure all equipment is compliant with safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance Engineering skills
  • Skills in Maintenance & Repair and Preventive Maintenance
  • Electrical Maintenance skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
