Qualification: B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 5 7 Years

Job Description

Maintenance Engineer

Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines (must have hands-on experience).

Responsible for maintenance of conventional machines and other plant equipment.

Coordinate with external service agencies for outsourced maintenance activities.

Monitor and ensure adherence to preventive maintenance schedules.

Conduct root cause analysis for machine breakdowns and implement corrective measures.

Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities.

Oversee premises maintenance within the plant.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, TPM).
