Job Description: Recruiter (1–2 Years' Experience)

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for diverse roles across the organization.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and define job specifications.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, headhunting, referrals, and campus hiring.
  • Conduct preliminary screenings, evaluate candidate fitment, and coordinate interviews.
  • Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, and communication with candidates.
  • Draft and release offer letters, negotiate salary discussions, and maintain candidate pipelines.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding by following up with candidates until joining.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and generate regular MIS reports.
  • Support employer branding initiatives through job postings, networking, and engagement with potential talent pools.

Required Skills ;-

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in recruitment (corporate/consulting).
  • Excellent sourcing and screening skills with knowledge of multiple hiring channels.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple requirements with attention to detail.
  • Good negotiation and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹37,000.00 per month
