Role Overview

The Executive Assistant (EA) will serve as a strategic and operational partner to the India Leader, ensuring seamless execution of priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This high-impact role calls for a proactive professional who excels at organization, communication, and discretion. You will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, managing critical initiatives, and supporting decision-making that aligns with the companys mission and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Support

  • Act as a trusted partner to the India Leader, helping prioritize initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and materials for meetings with leadership, clients, and investors.
  • Conduct research, analyze information, and provide concise summaries to support decision-making.
  • Track key commitments, action items, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.

Operational Efficiency

  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and ensure optimal time management for the India Leader.
  • Oversee and prioritize communications, including emails and internal correspondence.
  • Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, including itineraries and accommodations.
  • Maintain organized documentation, records, and confidential files with precision.

Project Management

  • Lead and support special projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring milestones and objectives are achieved.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track progress and keep leadership informed.
  • Assist in hiring and onboarding for key roles, ensuring alignment with organizational culture and values.

Team Collaboration

  • Serve as a liaison between the India Leader and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Plan and coordinate leadership offsites, team events, and workshops.
  • Partner with HR to support initiatives that strengthen company culture and employee engagement.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 3–4 years as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or in a similar role—preferably within a startup or high-growth organization.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred but not mandatory.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with Google Workspace, MS Office, Slack, and project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira), as well as CRM systems (HubSpot or similar).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication with a polished and professional presence.
  • Organization: Exceptional multitasking and prioritization skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities to propose creative solutions.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment and anticipate needs proactively.
  • Confidentiality: Demonstrated discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
