Job Title:
Operations Intern – Travel Industry

Location:
Gurugram

Duration:
3–6 months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating travel itineraries, bookings, and vendor communications.
  • Maintain and update operational records, databases, and documents.
  • Support the team in handling customer queries and resolving service-related issues.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers for seamless trip execution.
  • Perform quality checks on bookings, vouchers, and travel documents.
  • Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma (Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace tools.
  • Passion for travel and customer service is a plus.
  • Freshers are welcome
