About the Role:*

We are a fast-growing fashion jewellery startup looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to join our corporate marketing team. The role involves coordinating Pan-India marketing activities*, managing campaigns, and working closely with marketing agencies to ensure smooth execution of brand initiatives across all regions.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic startup environment and wants hands-on exposure to brand building and campaign management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the corporate marketing team and agencies for campaign execution.
  • Manage creative briefs, artwork approvals, and timelines for all marketing activities.
  • Support Pan-India marketing rollouts, product launches, and store promotions.
  • Assist in planning digital, print, and event-based marketing initiatives.
  • Track budgets, prepare marketing reports, and maintain campaign trackers.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Marketing / Mass Communication / Business.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing (retail, fashion, or jewellery preferred).
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
  • Understanding of ATL, BTL, and digital marketing.
  • Energetic, detail-oriented, and fashion-savvy personality.
