Quality Assurance Specialist Restaurant Dispute Management Platform

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our team supporting a restaurant dispute management platform. This full-time, in-office role requires working six days a week to ensure high standards in dispute resolution processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze daily agent activities on the CRM that captures all customer disputes across multiple restaurant locations.
  • Monitor and map the ageing of dispute tickets by restaurant and location; proactively identify and flag locations with overdue or inactive dispute cases.
  • Review and verify video evidence submitted as part of disputes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Cross-check agent reports against available cloud video evidence to detect inconsistencies, such as falsely reporting footage as unavailable.
  • Collaborate with operations and agent teams to improve data accuracy and dispute handling quality.

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and ticket management preferred.
  • Ability to review and assess video content critically.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work on-site six days per week.
  • Excellent communication skills for reporting findings clearly.
