Assistant General Manager Marketplace

Gurugram | Up to 30 LPA

We're looking for an experienced AGM – Marketplace to lead our e-commerce growth across multiple platforms. This high-impact role involves owning P&L, driving marketplace strategy, and leading a team to deliver revenue and profitability in the fast-growing fashion e-commerce space.

What You'll Do

  • Define and execute marketplace strategy to scale revenue & brand visibility
  • Lead a team of Key Account Managers and specialists across listings, operations, and campaigns
  • Own P&L: optimize pricing, discounts, and inventory for growth + profitability
  • Drive operations excellence: catalog accuracy, fulfillment, returns & SPF management
  • Plan and execute promotions, ads & campaigns to maximize ROAS and conversions

What We're Looking For

  • 7–12 years of marketplace management experience (fashion/luxury preferred)
  • Proven leadership of cross-functional teams in a high-growth environment
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in marketplace dashboards & ad platforms
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce pricing, merchandising, and operations
