Hiring Performance Marketing Manager for a Premium Apparel Brand.

Location: Gurgaon

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing initiatives aimed at driving customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing large-scale paid campaigns, optimizing ROI, and scaling digital revenue for premium and luxury fashion brands.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid search, social media, display advertising, affiliate, and CRM campaigns.
  • Conduct in-depth campaign performance analysis and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Drive A/B testing strategies to enhance campaign performance and user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with brand objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, vendors, and platforms (Google, Meta, etc.).
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, and reporting on KPIs including ROAS, conversion rate, CPA, and CLTV.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize the customer journey and digital experience across channels.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.

Requirements

  • Industry Background: Apparel (preferably Super Premium or Bridge-to-Luxury segment). Candidates from mass brand backgrounds (or agencies handling only mass brands) will not be considered.
  • Business Exposure: Must have scaled direct website revenue of 50 Cr+ (marketplace sales not counted). Should have actively contributed to building the business to this scale, not just joined post-growth.
  • Performance Metrics: Proven track record of achieving ROAS of 4+.
  • Channel Expertise: Strong experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, affiliate marketing, and CRM-driven campaigns.
  • Experience Level: Minimum 5 years in Performance Marketing at managerial or higher levels.
  • Male candidates will be given preference.
