Role Description

We are seeking a full-time on-site Sales Specialist located in Pune. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying potential clients, conducting client consultations, and managing customer relationships. Daily tasks include performing sales presentations, providing exceptional customer service, training new hires, and managing sales activities to achieve targets.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Ability to conduct Training sessions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the legal or service industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM software
