Receptionist Responsibilities in an Ayurveda Hospital:
Patient Reception & Greeting – Welcome patients and visitors politely, and guide them to the concerned doctor/department.
Appointment Management – Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments for OPD and Panchakarma therapies.
Patient Registration – Collect and record patient details, prepare files, and maintain accurate records.
Front Desk Management – Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries regarding treatments, therapies, and hospital services.
Billing & Payments – Assist in billing for consultations, Panchakarma therapies, and medicines, and maintain payment records.
Coordination – Coordinate between patients, doctors, therapists, and pharmacy staff for smooth hospital operations.
Documentation – Maintain OPD/IPD registers, visitor records, and treatment logs as per hospital protocol.
Guidance to Patients – Provide information about Ayurveda treatments, Panchakarma therapies, and hospital facilities.
Maintain Clean & Professional Front Desk – Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Confidentiality – Maintain privacy and confidentiality of patient records and health information.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹6, ₹8,000.00 per month
