
Executive Assistant To Chief Executive Officer

The Executive Assistant (EA) will act as the right hand to the CEO, delivering high-quality administrative, analytical, and strategic support. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, utmost discretion, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced EPC business environment. The EA will play a critical role in ensuring smooth communication, enabling effective decision-making, and follow-through on the CEO directives.

Role & responsibilities
1. Strategic Support & Coordination
- Manage and track the CEOs priorities, goals, and key deliverables across departments.
- Coordinate cross-functional reviews and ensure timely follow-up on decisions.
- Support the preparation of board meeting decks, investor presentations, and strategic notes.
2. Calendar & Communication Management
- Manage the CEOs calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Draft and manage professional communications, emails, and minutes of meetings.
3. Project & Review Facilitation
- Assist the CEO in tracking project milestones, business KPIs, and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with Project, Finance, SCM, and Design teams to gather relevant inputs.
- Identify and highlight risks, delays, or red flags in project or operational updates.
4. Confidential Executive Assistance
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and follow-ups on HR, legal, and financial matters as delegated.
5. Special Projects
- Support special assignments such as digitalization initiatives, process improvements, or market research.
- Take ownership of CEO-led initiatives requiring coordination across multiple business units.
Preferred candidate profile
- Masters degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 5 - 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role (experience in the EPC/infrastructure domain preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office - Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and high ownership.
- Professional discretion and strong emotional intelligence.
- Excellent coordination, analytical, and follow-up skills.
