Job details:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain strong communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve queries.
  • Provide timely support and assistance to senior team members in business development activities.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, records, and reports accurately.
  • Follow up with clients/customers to strengthen relationships and ensure repeat business.
  • Assist in identifying potential customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: B.Com or equivalent graduate degree.

Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a call center / customer service environment.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Good typing speed and accuracy.

Personal Skills:

Ability to engage and handle customers effectively.

Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving skills.

Team player, supportive in business development tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16, ₹21,000.00 per month
