Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Career Development Advisor based in Noida. The role involves providing one-on-one guidance to students and professionals, helping them select suitable online courses and universities. You will assist in addressing their queries through calls, emails, or video consultations and provide comprehensive career planning and counseling services. The position also requires staying updated on online education trends, financial aid opportunities, and developing strategies to optimize the student's educational journey.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in counseling, guidance, and career planning skills
  • Strong communication abilities and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong research skills to stay updated on online education trends and university offerings
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities effectively
  • Friendly and empathetic approach to interacting with students and professionals
  • Familiarity with online education platforms, UGC guidelines, and higher education structure in India is an advantage
  • Prior experience in counseling, advising, or any relevant field is an added benefit
  • Degree or specialization in Education, Psychology, or related field is preferred
