Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Success Advisor located in Noida. The Student Success Advisor will be responsible for supporting and guiding students to achieve their academic and career goals. Day-to-day tasks include providing student counseling, handling customer service inquiries, conducting educational assessments, and facilitating effective communication with students to ensure they have the necessary resources and support. The role requires active collaboration with different departments to enhance the student experience.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication skills
  • Experience in Student Counseling and Education
  • Customer Service expertise
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in higher education or e-learning is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
