Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Engage with candidates (students and working professionals) through calls, emails, and counseling sessions to understand their academic background, career aspirations, and interests.
  • Provide personalized guidance by assessing candidates skills, strengths, and goals, and recommending suitable courses, universities, or career pathways.
  • Educate candidates on program offerings, fee structures, curriculum details, and potential career outcomes to help them make informed decisions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering mentorship and support throughout the candidates decision-making and enrollment journey.
  • Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions, candidate profiles, and follow-ups in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly goals related to counseling effectiveness, enrollments, and student satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelors/ Masters degree in any discipline.
  • 0-2 years of experience in career counseling, academic advising, or student support.
  • Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
