Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida, for an Education Counsellor (Certification Courses). The Education Counsellor will provide guidance and support to students in choosing the right online certification courses. Daily tasks include one-on-one student counseling, assessing students' educational and career goals, communicating with students through calls and meetings, and ensuring they enroll in the courses best suited to their needs. Additionally, the counsellor will assist in career counseling, providing insights into job opportunities and internships that align with students' educational paths.

Qualifications

  • Educational Consulting and Student Counseling skills
  • Excellent Communication and Career Counseling skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of different Education systems, especially online education
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with a diverse student population
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
  • Experience in the education sector or similar roles is a plus
