Role Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Education Counsellor with experience in student guidance and admissions counselling. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for helping students choose the right career path.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle student enquiries and provide accurate course information.
  • Counsel prospective students and guide them through the admissions process.
  • Follow up on leads, calls, and walk-ins to achieve enrolment targets.
  • Maintain student records and provide regular reports to management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan student outreach initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (education or business preferred).
  • 1–2 years of proven experience in academic or admissions counselling.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented mindset and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
