Customer Service Support: • Assist in maintaining and monitoring service quality standards across various airport locations. • Support the implementation of customer delight initiatives as guided by the senior team. • Collaborate with on -ground teams to resolve customer service challenges effectively. Feedback and Analysis: • Collect and analyze passenger feedback from operational locations to identify improvement areas. • Compile data and prepare reports on customer service metrics and performance trends. • Share insights with the senior team to support decision -making and planning. Training and Development Support: • Assist in coordinating training sessions and workshops for on -ground hospitality staff. • Provide input on training needs based on observations and feedback from audits. • Promote adherence to established customer service protocols and standards. Audit and Compliance: • Participate in periodic audits to ensure adherence to hospitality and customer service SOPs. • Document observations during site visits and share recommendations with the senior team. Administrative Tasks: • Maintain records of feedback, training sessions, and customer service metrics. • Support the preparation of communication materials for customer service updates and initiatives.Requirements Educational Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: • 1 -3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the aviation, hospitality, or related industries. • Freshers with internships in hospitality/customer service may also apply.
