**Job description**
Arbour Clothing Co. is looking for a dedicated and proactive Telecaller/Sales Agent to join the Marketing team. This role focuses on maintaining relationships with retailers and distributors by providing excellent follow-up services and collecting feedback. The position will support the marketing efforts by ensuring smooth communication between the company and its partners, as well as driving upselling opportunities through timely interventions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate with retailers and distributors to follow up on orders, delivery schedules, and any pending issues.
- Call retailers to gather feedback on products, services, and overall satisfaction with Arbour Clothing's offerings.
- Identify potential upselling opportunities during conversations and inform the sales team of any leads.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and follow-up actions in a structured format.
- Provide updates to the Marketing and Sales teams on customer feedback to enhance overall retailer and distributor experience.
- Assist with the coordination of promotional activities, new product launches, and special offers by informing retailers.
- Ensure timely communication between retailers, distributors, and internal departments for smooth operations.
- Work closely with the sales team to resolve queries related to orders and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Regularly report on the progress of follow-ups, upselling opportunities, and any feedback received from retailers and distributors.
**Requirements**:
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, telecalling, or support role, preferably in the apparel or retail industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in Hindi and English.
- Ability to maintain positive relationships with retailers and distributors.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and ability to manage data systematically.
- Highly organized, with excellent time management and follow-up skills.
- Basic understanding of sales, marketing, and customer service principles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to resolving issues and enhancing customer experience.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
