Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, for a Product Sales Engineer (Engineering Software Solutions) at Trident Infosol. The day-to-day tasks include providing technical support, managing customer relationships, driving sales activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Product Sales Engineer will also collaborate with engineering teams to understand product capabilities and will be responsible for creating product demonstrations and presentations.
Qualifications
- Sales Engineering and Sales skills
- Technical Support and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Experience in embedded systems and rugged solutions is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
