Roles and Responsibilities
-
Prepare and communicate reports, including data visualization and dashboards, for management and key stakeholders.
-
Prepare time-sensitive deliverables on a regular and on-demand basis by working closely with sales and marketing stakeholders.
-
Identify and implement automation, data improvements and consolidation opportunities to continually streamline and standardize key reports.
-
Satisfy reporting requirements based on local and regional needs.
-
Coordinate and work with team leads to ensure key metrics are adhered.
-
Contribute to the creation of processes, standards, procedures, controls, and training for the function.

Implement various KPIs to enhance data quality and construct dashboards using BI reporting tools.

Enhance data quality and reliability to improve user experience.
-
Direct communication with stakeholders to resolve daily data issues.
Skills and Qualifications
-
3 years working experience as a Reporting Analyst/ Data Analyst/ or any position that related to data and business analytics with strong statistical background.

Advanced experience with Power BI, Advanced Excel, Power Automate is preferred.

Knowledge of programming languages (SQL, DAX) is preferred.

Organization – creating and keeping easy to read files, allowing easy transition of projects and review of underlying data / calculation.

Technical Comprehension – learn/understand data and formulas that are used to determine performance metrics.

Detail oriented – strong desire for data accuracy and timeliness is critical.

Critical thinking – Using logic and reasoning to identify conclusions or approaches to problems.

Excellent and Clear Communication (English) – Ability to influence others and navigating through a matrix organization.
