Mushin is a VC funded Gurgaon based startup developing B2B SaaS (Software as a Service) products for automobile manufacturing units with the vision of automating, digitizing and IoT enabling manufacturing sector in India.

Role Objective
To build Mushin's presence in the Ludhiana automotive cluster by identifying potential clients, conducting
demos, nurturing relationships, and supporting final closures alongside the Senior BD and Founder. This role
bridges technical understanding and sales communication to convert warm leads into qualified, sales-ready
opportunities while minimizing founder travel costs.
Key Responsibilities
A) Lead Generation & Qualification
- Identify and reach out to automotive manufacturers (OEMs, Tier-1/Tier-2 vendors, component makers)
within the Ludhiana cluster.
- Conduct preliminary discussions to understand client pain-points in quality, production, and compliance
processes.
- Qualify leads and schedule detailed virtual or on-site demos.
B) Product Demonstrations
Deliver clear, impactful demos of Mushin's products
Tailor Mushin software demo flow to client's standards
Support the Senior BD Manager and Founder during final high-value demos or negotiations.
C) Coordination & Reporting
Work closely with the Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive for lead follow-ups and scheduling.
Update CRM or lead tracker daily with meeting notes, feedback, and next actions.
Report weekly progress and pipeline updates to the BD Manager and Founder.
D) Regional Market Development
Map key plants, suppliers, and industrial areas across Ludhiana and nearby hubs.
Attend local events, exhibitions, and audits to network with potential clients.
Build long-term relationships to enable multi-plant rollouts.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's in Engineering, Business, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in automotive sales, pre-sales, or industrial software solutions.
Strong understanding of automotive manufacturing and quality processes.
Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
Tech-savvy, confident in virtual demos and CRM tools.
Self-motivated, field-ready, and able to travel locally for plant visits.
Compensation CTC:

₹4 – ₹6 LPA (depending on experience).
