Inviting applications for the role of Manager, ERP Audit

In this role, you will be responsible for performing Segregation of Duties (SoD) reviews within leading ERPs (SAP or Oracle), carrying out remediation of SoD conflicts through role redesign and restructuring, leading a team of experts to operationalize SoD management through a Centre of perfection. Additional knowledge of GRC (SAP or Oracle) is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Leading assignments including developing project plans, assisting team members.
• Determine procedures necessary to achieve the desired project results.
• Interact with customers for status updates and issue resolution
• Conducting SoD reviews
• Conduct SoD conflicts' remediation
• Report findings and make recommendations for the correction of noted deficiencies and improvements in SoD management process as per industry standards and best practices.
• An intimate understanding and critical business information of technology skills including segregation of duties principles and business analysis.
• Lead a skilled group of risk consulting professionals and be proficient with the broad range of skills commonly used by Technology consulting firms.
• Maintain client focus by building positive relationships with clients, scheduling and conducting key client meetings.
• Play a key role in the development of less experienced staff through mentoring, training and advising.
• Ensure adequate and timely reporting of financial numbers to different partners, scheduling and related project management skills.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

• MBA or CA
• Relevant experience in implementation of financials modules within Oracle Financials / SAP in a professional service firm or Industry

Preferred qualifications

• Hands on experience in the design of the architecture requirements for a successful implementation of ERP.
• Understanding and knowledge of business processes and the controls that operate within them
• SoD principles and their remediation within leading ERPs.
• Experience in evaluating complex business and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks and related opportunities for internal control environment.
• Experience is SoD reviews will be a pre-requisite.
• Candidate should have superb communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work well in/with teams and build long term customer relationships.
• Should be ready to travel and able to work with customers/teams across regions.
• Experience in team supervision and project management.
