What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end
retail sell-in/sell-out programs
across India. - Drive business outcomes in
sales, coverage, visibility, and consumer engagement
. - Manage
promoter programs, distributor relationships, and in-store activations
. - Build strategic partnerships with leading mobile brands
- Own financials – budgets, margins, ROI, and program reporting.
- Lead & inspire a
multi-layer team
of regional leads, trainers, and support staff.
What We're Looking For
- 12+ year's experience
in the
mobile handset ecosystem
. - Strong exposure to
sell-in/sell-out operations
at scale. - Proven success working with
LFR chains
and GT networks. - Expertise in
distributor management, promoter productivity, and in-store execution
. - Graduate in Business/Marketing/Retail (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
