About the Role

We are looking for a skilled MERN Stack Developer who can build high-quality, scalable, and secure web applications. The ideal candidate should be strong in both frontend and backend development using MongoDB, , , and , with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
  • Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.
  • Build responsive UI components using and modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Design and manage databases using MongoDB (including schemas, indexing, and optimization).
  • Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend teams.
  • Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+, and TypeScript (optional but preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with , , , and MongoDB.
  • Experience with frontend tools like Redux, Tailwind, Material UI, or Bootstrap.
  • Knowledge of API development and RESTful architecture.
  • Familiarity with Git, GitHub or GitLab version control systems.
  • Understanding of authentication technologies (JWT, OAuth).
  • Basic understanding of DevOps workflows (CI/CD, Docker, AWS) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

  • Experience with serverless technologies (AWS Lambda, Firebase).
  • Knowledge of for advanced frontend capabilities.
  • Experience working with microservices architecture.
  • Understanding of testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
