**You**:

- Have **2+ years of experience in MERN stack development and cloud technologies (AWS preferred),**with a **BS/Master's in Computer Science or a related field**— but never stopped learning.

- Think creatively, act strategically.
- Are not afraid of complex challenges, but you tackle them with passion and precision.
- Can speak **JavaScript, Node.js, React, AWS, and CI/CD**— all in one breath.
- Know when to be a mentor and when to be a maverick.

**Bonus If You’ve**:

- Developed microservices architectures or serverless solutions on AWS.
- Led development initiatives in high-growth tech/startup environments.
