About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate MERN Stack Developer to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building full-stack web applications using MongoDB, , , and and a strong understanding of modern development practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Application Development

  • Design, develop, and maintain dynamic full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.

Collaboration & Teamwork

  • Work closely with designers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver quality products.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving coding standards.
  • Collaborate on version control using Git and follow agile methodologies.

Problem Solving

  • Debug and troubleshoot complex issues across the full stack.
  • Identify performance bottlenecks and provide effective solutions.

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay updated with the latest technologies, tools, and frameworks.
  • Contribute to enhancing development processes and team efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 1–5 years of hands-on experience with , , , and MongoDB.
  • Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Experience with Redux / Context API for state management.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
  • Understanding of database design and optimization (NoSQL/SQL).
  • Experience using Git / GitHub for version control.
  • Knowledge of TypeScript or is a plus.
  • Exposure to AWS / Cloud platforms, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹234, ₹500,000.00 per year
